Immunofluorescence Microscopy. Immunoprecipitation (mainly free VP proteins). Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections (Fixation: Acetone or formaldehyde). Working Dilution: 1/10 with PBS or Tris-buffered saline. Incubation Time: 1h at RT. Immunoblotting (Western Blot). Affinity Chromatography.
Other applications not tested.
