VEGFA
Reactivité: Humain
WB, ELISA, Neut
Hôte: Lapin
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Indications d'application
ELISA: To detect Human VEGF by Direct ELISA a concentration of at least 0.5-2 μg/mL isrequired. This purified IgG, in combination with compatible secondary reagents, allows thedetection of 1,0- 2,5 ng/well of recombinant Human VEGF165 or other VEGF splice forms. Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL. It will detect 25 ng/lane of recombinant human and murineVEGF-A under reducing conditions, dimers are detected at higher protein concentrations. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

VEGFA
(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A (VEGFA))
VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) is a homodimeric, disulfide-linked glycoprotein involved in angiogenesis which promotes tumor progression and metastasis. It exhibits potent mitogenic and permeability inducing properties specific for the vascular endothelium. Of the four isoforms of VEGF, the smaller two, VEGF165 and VEGF121, are secreted proteins and act as diffusible agents, whereas the larger two (VEGF189 and VEGF206) remain cell associated.Synonyms: VEGF, VEGFA, VPF, Vascular endothelial growth factor A, Vascular permeability factor
