Flow cytometry: 1/40, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 100 μL of human whole peripheral blood. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/50 - 1/100, Overnight incubation recommended. Recommended positive control tissue: Human Tonsil. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
