Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Lung and Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 24 kDa band observed in Human Neutrophils lysates (calculated MW of 51.8 kDa according to NP_001805.3). This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
