Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 37 kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 36.6 kDa according to NP_006057.1 and NP_697021.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
