Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

CLPH (Casein-Like phosphoprotein) is a recently discovered, evolutionarily conserved, testis-specific cytoplasmic protein expressed exclusively in postmeiotic germ cells in rat spermatogenesis.CLPH is a novel casein kinase 2-phosphorylated disordered and calcium-binding protein that displays strong variation in relative expression levels during spermatogenesis. It is frequently associated with the mitochondrial inner membrane during the last steps of spermatid differentiation and is involved in the extremely complex structural rearrangements occurring in haploid germ cells during spermiogenesis. Synonyms: Casein-Like phosphoprotein, RSD6, C4orf35, NYD-SP26
