Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

The Ubiquitin-like containing PHD and RING finger domains 1-binding protein 1 (UHRF1BP1), also known as ICBP90, is a transcription and cell cycle regulator. It specifically binds to the histone H3 N-terminal tail when methylated on K9 by two functional domains, a PHD finger that defines the bindingand an SRA (SET- and RING-associated) domain that promotes binding activity.UHRF1BP1 is required for proper heterochromatin formation in mammalian cells.Furthermore, UHRF1BP1 is thought to be a pivotal target for the ERK1/2 signaling pathway to control the proliferation of Jurkat T cells.
