Indications d'application:

DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 40 kDa band in Human Umbillical Cord, Ovary, Placenta and Testis lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 140 kDa according to NP_002959.2. The 40 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
