    Flow Cytometry (FACS)
    Specificité
The mouse monoclonal antibody BB27 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD101, a 140 kDa disulfide-bonded homodimeric protein expressed on activated T cells, and some other cell types, such as granulocytes and cells of the monocyte/macropgage lineage.
    Réactivité croisée (Details)
    Human
    Purification
Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

  • Indications d'application
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
    Commentaires

The purified antibody is conjugated with R-Phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography and adjusted for direct use. No reconstitution is necessary.

    Sujet
CD101 Molecule,CD101 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, which forms disulfide-linked homodimers. It is expressed on activated T cells, as well as on granulocytes, monocytes, dendritic cells or mucosal T cells. It plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells. Function of CD101 has not been fully elucidated, but in mice its knock-out results in liver autoimmune disease induced by Novosphingobium aromaticivorans.,IGSF2, V7, EWI-101
