Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
- Specificité
- Reacts with mouse and human ephrin-A4 protein. Reactivity is confirmed with a chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular domain of human ephrin-A4 and the Fc region of human IgG1. Cross-reactivity with human ephrin-A4 is also confirmed with IHC experiments on human tissue sections and this reactivity was expected because of the 80 % shared amino acid identity in the extracellular domains.
