Approved: IP (1 μg/mL), WB (1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation/Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. Anti-pan JNK/SAPK1 was used to Immunoprecipitate JNK from lysates of ultraviolet light-treated RAW 264 macrophage. Phosphorylated JNK (T183/Y185) was detected. Phosphorylated JNK was not detected in non-treated lysates. - Commentaires
