Approved: IHC, IHC-P (10 μg/mL), IP, Neut (10 - 20 μg/mL), WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Neutralization and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg immunoprecipitated 100 ng IGF1. Neutralization: 10-20 μg/mL can inhibit the activity of 10 ng/mL of IGF1 as determined by testing with chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEF) using an ATP endpoint assay. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Reported to detect IFG1 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded skin sections. - Commentaires
