Parvalbumin antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogène
Parvalbumin antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of Parvalbumin.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 12 kDa band observed in human brain lysates (calculated MW of 12.1 kDa according to NP_002845.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approximately 10-12 kDa band observed in rat skeletal muscle and in rat heart cells transfected with human PVALB, but not in untransfected rat heart cells.
