Indications d'application: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded tissues recommended concentration, 2-6 μg/mL. Western Blot: Approximately 250-300 kDa and 30-35 kDa band seen in Raji lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3 μg/mL.

Please note that the band we consistently detect in Western Blots differs from the predicted size of 181 kDa . However, it has several consensus glycosylation sites. Glycosylations are known to affect migration of proteins on a SDS-PAGE [Hames, B.D and Rickwood, D., eds. Gel electrophoresis of proteins: a practical approach. Oxford University Press].
