- Sujet
- TBK1, also known as NF-kappa-B-activating kinase (NAK), is an IKAPPAB type protein kinase. TBK1 protein contains a N-terminal kinase domain and two putative coiled-coil regions in the C-terminal region. It has been shown to associate with TANK and TRAF2 in a TBK1-TANK-TRAF2 signaling complex, which is believed to function upstream of the IKK complex in the TRAF-mediated activation of NF-kappaB.
