Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunofluorescence: 1:500. Western Blot: 1:1000. Detects a band at ~200kD. Staining of myosin IIA (nonmuscle) by immunoblotting is inhibited by the immunizing peptide. Additional bands may be detected in some preparations. Positive control: MDCK or Jurkat whole cell extract (Western Blot). NRK cells (Immunofluorescence). - Commentaires
