Sujet
MAIR-II, myeloid-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor II, is the member 7 of Ig superfamily (IgSF7), also known as LMIR-II, CMRF-35 like molecule 4 (CLM-4), DIgR1, and CD300d. This transmembrane protein is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, mast cells, dendritic cells and some B cells. It is an activating immune receptor associated ITAM-bearing adapter DAP12 and FcRγ chain on macrophages. MAIR-II regulates myeloid cell activation and promotes secretion of cytokines and chemokines
