The AF6-88.5 antibody reacts with the H-2Kb MHC class I alloantigen. Reactivity with other haplotypes (e.g., d, f, j, k, p, q, r, s, u, v) has not been observed. Immunohistochemistry of H-2Kb positive cells. Frozen sections of mouse thymus were reacted with the anti-H2Kb antibody. Cells expressing the MHC class I molecule H-2Kb can be identified by the intense brown labeling of their cell membranes. Magnification 20X.
