The monoclonal antibody 6D4/D6/G2 reacts with human CXC chemokine, interferon gamma inducible protein 10 (IP-10). IP-10 is inducible in monocytes, keratinocytes and endothelial cells by IFN-γ. The immunogen used to generate the monoclonal antibody 6D4/D6/G2 was recombinant human IP-10 protein. This antibody is routinely tested by ELISA detection. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature. Human IP-10 ELISA Standard Curve
