Indications d'application
Western Blot (1/200-1/2000). ELISA (1/10000-1/40000). Immunoprecipitation. Immunofluorescence. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (2.5 μg/mL). This EIF3 F antibody was validated for use in Immunohistochemistry on a panel of 23 ormalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigenretrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides wereincubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkalinephosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Précaution d'utilisation
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Conseil sur la manipulation
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

EIF3F
(Eukaryotic Translation Initiation Factor 3 Subunit F (EIF3F))
Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit F also known as eIF3f, eIF-3 epsilon, and eIF3 p47 subunit, binds to the 40S ribosome and promotes the binding of methionyl-tRNA and mRNA. EIF3f also associates with the complex p170-eIF3. eIF-3 is composed of at least 12 different subunits, eIF3f is one of these subunits.Synonyms: Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit 5, Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit F, eIF-3-epsilon, eIF3 p47
