Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, Detection limit for rhNPTXR is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, Detection limit for rhNPTXR is ~20 ng/lane and 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Immunohistochemistry: 3-10 μg/mL. - Commentaires
