- Specificité
- Recognized AAV-2, found in human and monkey. Weak cross-reaction with serotypes 1, 3, and 6. Reacts with VP 1 and VP 2 of adeno-associated virus which are highly enriched in the nucleus. Epitope mapping experiments identified aa169 to aa184 of VP2 and (with reduced intensity) aa123 to aa136 of VP1 capsid proteins as the specific binding region.
