ELISA and Western ELISA may be performed at dilutions of 1:1000 depending on the concentration of tat in the test system. tat capture ELISA may be performed in 1:500 dilution range depending on the capture ligand concentration and tat concentration in the test sample. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
