ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 5 μg/mL. This PPP2R3A antibody was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigenretrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides wereincubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkalinephosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Protein phosphatase 2 (formerly named type 2A) is one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases and is implicated in the negative control of cell growth and division. The B regulatory subunit might modulate substrate selectivity and catalytic activity, and also might direct the localization of the catalytic enzyme to a particular subcellular compartment.Synonyms: B72/B130 isoforms, PP2A subunit B B''-PR72/PR130, PP2A subunit B PR72/PR130 isoforms, Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A 72/130 kDa regulatory subunit B, Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B'' subunit alpha, phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B'' alpha
