Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 35 kDa band seen in HeLa cell lysates. Please note theband size is in agreement with previous experimental data (J Biol Chem 2001 Apr27,276(17): 13718-26). Immunohistochemistry: 3-5 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows staining ofselect spermatocytes in Human Testis.
Other applications not tested.
