Indications d'application
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates(calculated MW of 71.0 kDa according to NP_037409.2). The observed molecular weightcorresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Toure et al. , J BiolChem 1998 Mar 13,273(11): 6019-23, PMID: 9497316). Immunohistochemistry: 1 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Testis, shows nuclearstaining of many cells. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

RACGAP1
(Rac GTPase Activating Protein 1 (RACGAP1))
Rho GTPases control a variety of cellular processes. There are 3 subtypes of Rho GTPases in the Ras superfamily of small G proteins: RHO, RAC, and CDC42. GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs) bind activated forms of Rho GTPases and stimulate GTP hydrolysis. Through this catalytic function, Rho GAPs negatively regulate Rho-mediated signals. GAPs may also serve as effector molecules and play a role in signaling downstream of Rho and other Ras-like GTPases.Synonyms: KIAA1478, MGCRACGAP, Male germ cell RacGap, Rac GTPase-activating protein 1
