Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 22 kDa band observed in human kidney lysates(predicted MW of 22 kDa according to NP_006445). Please note the appearance of thisband was blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
Other applications not tested.

- MAD4 is a member of the MAD gene family . The MAD genes encode basic helix loop helix leucine zipper proteins that heterodimerize with MAX protein, forming a transcriptional repression complex. The MAD proteins compete for MAX binding with MYC, which heterodimerizes with MAX forming a transcriptional activation complex.
