Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 70-75 kDa band and approx 35 kDa band observed inHuman Lung lysates (predicted MWs of 95 kDa according to AAD33924.1 - however ourresult agrees with Putilina et al as below). A minor band of unknown identity was alsoconsistently observed at approx 55 kDa.
Other applications not tested.

- Sujet
- LMO7 contains a calponin homology (CH) domain, a PDZ domain, and a LIM domain. An F-box (FBX) domain is present in alternative splice variants. Members of the LIM protein family carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. Members of the FBX protein family are involved in protein-protein interactions. LMO7 may be involved in protein-protein interactions. Multiple alternative splice variants have been described but their full-length sequences have not been determined.Synonyms: F-box only protein 20, FBX20, FBXO20, KIAA0858, LIM domain only protein 7, LMO7, LOMP
