Indications d'application
Peptide ELISA: 1/64000. Western Blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 80 kDa band observed in Rat Aortic Smooth SkeletalMuscle Cells (lane 1), intensity increased after infection with Human APPL1 adenovirus for48h (lane 2). Calculated MW of 79.0 kDa according to NP_036228.1. The blot wasco-labeled with Tubulin-specific antibodies as a loading control. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

APPL is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, and in the crosstalk between the adiponectin signalling and insulin signalling pathways. The APPL binds to RAB5A/Rab5 through N-terminal domain. This interaction is essential for its recruitment to endosomal membranes as well as its role in cell proliferation.Synonyms: Adapter protein containing PH domain, DCC-interacting protein 13-alpha, Dip13-alpha, KIAA1428, PTB domain and leucine zipper motif 1
