Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Fluorescence Microscopy, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry. Immunofluorescence vs. all serovars (A-K, L1-L3): Staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Immunocytochemistry: Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
