Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoelectrophoresis. Sandwich ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1 M sodium chloride, 0.1 % Tween 20.
