    Western Blot: Approx 100 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 and in Mouse Lymph node lysates and approx. 90-100 kDa in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 90.6 kDa according to Human NP_003143.2 and 90.8 kDa according to Mouse NP_0013496

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
