Indications d'application:

Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Tonsil. Recommended concentration: 3.75 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 28 kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node lysates (calculated MW of 29.8 kDa according to NP_068352.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000.
