Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (2 - 15 μg/mL), WB (1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. Tissue lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 μg/mL will detect C4.4A in cells and tissues. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~0.3 ng/well. - Commentaires
