- Antigen distribution: CD5 is present on all mature T cells and 95% of thymocytes. CD5 also reacts with a distinct subset of normal B cells and most CLL cells, but with few other B cell leukemias and lymphomas. Cellular Expression: Thymocytes, T cells, B cell subset.
