Application
- ELISA, Western Blotting (WB)
- Specificité
- Peptide sequences from other species are not yet available. No significant sequence homology of is seen with other WNKs or proteins. Antibody reactivity in various species is not established. The control peptide, because of its low MW (<3kD), is not suitable for Western. It should be used for ELISA or antibody blocking experiments (use 5-10 μg control peptide per 1 μg of aff pure IgG or 1 μL antiserum) to confirm antibody specificity.
- Purification
- Immunoaffinity purified
- Immunogène
- A 13-aa peptide sequence, mapping at the middle (around ~650-aa) region of human WNK-4 (1) synthesized, coupled to KLH.
