- Sujet
- The RMT4-54 antibody reacts with mouse Tim-4, also known as T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing protein-4. Tim-4 is expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells and can serve as a receptor for Tim-1. Tim-4 also functions as a receptor for phosphatidylserine and serves to enhance the phagocytosis of apoptotic cells.
