Native and recombinant p40 subunit of mouse IL-12 and IL-23. The antibody recognizes p40 monomer, p40 homodimer, IL-12 p70 heterodimer (p40+p35) and IL-23 heterodimer (p40+p19).

Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography.
