  • Indications d'application
To retain detectable levels of IL-21 in cell culture supernatants, biotinylated mAb MT21.3m can be included during cell culture. The antibody will bind to secreted IL-21 thus preventing IL-21 from interacting with its receptor. In this way, IL-21 is kept in solution and can be quantified in ELISA. For this purpose, MT21.3m is free of preservatives. Please note that mAb MT21.3m is optimized for use with human IL-21 ELISA kits and anti-human IL-21 mAbs from Mabtech.
