Western Blotting (WB), ChIP DNA-Sequencing (ChIP-seq), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
Attributs du produit
FOXG1 (Forkhead box protein G1, FKH2, FKHL1) is a transcriptional repressor that serves an important role in the development of the brain. FOXG1 is expressed in the neural plate early in development and is involved in the specification, proliferation and differentiation of the telencephalon. FOXG1 is also essential for proper patterning of the eye and development of the olfactory epithelium. FOXG1 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation, ChIP-Seq and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples.
