- JunD (Jun D proto-oncogene) is a member of the JUN family and forms a component of the AP-1 transcription factor complex. JunD binds DNA as a dimer. Other AP-1 family members consist of c-Fos, Fra-1, Fra-2, FosB, c-Jun, and JunD. JunD antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in ChIP-Seq, Immunoprecipitation and Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
