    Sujet

Background: This protein is the basis of the ABO blood group system. The histo-blood group ABO involves three carbohydrate antigens: A, B, and H. A, B, and AB individuals express a glycosyltransferase activity that converts the H antigen to the A antigen (by addition of UDP-GalNAc) or to the B antigen (by addition of UDP-Gal), whereas O individuals lack such activity.

Aliases: A transferase antibody, A3GALNT antibody, A3GALT1 antibody, ABO A3 transferase antibody, Abo antibody, ABO blood group (transferase A alpha 1-3 N acetylgalactosaminyltransferase transferase B alpha 1 3 galactosyltransferase) antibody, ABO glycosyltransferase antibody, ABO weak transfer antibody, B (A) alpha 1, 3 glactosyltransferase antibody, B transferase antibody, BGAT_HUMAN antibody, Fucosylglycoprotein 3 alpha galactosyltransferase antibody, Fucosylglycoprotein 3-alpha-galactosyltransferase antibody, Fucosylglycoprotein alpha N acetylgalactosaminyltransferase antibody, Fucosylglycoprotein alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase antibody, Fucosylglycoprotein alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase soluble form antibody, Glycoprotein fucosylgalactoside alpha galactosyltransferase antibody, Glycoprotein fucosylgalactoside alpha N acetylgalactosaminyltransferase antibody, Glycoprotein-fucosylgalactoside alpha-galactosyltransferase antibody, Glycoprotein-fucosylgalactoside alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase antibody, GTB antibody, Histo blood group A transferase antibody, Histo blood group A2 transferase antibody, Histo blood group ABO system transferase antibody, Histo blood group B transferase antibody, Histo-blood group A transferase antibody, Histo-blood group B transferase antibody, NAGAT antibody
