Background: Direct ligand for ERBB3 and ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptors. Concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors. May also promote the heterodimerization with the EGF receptor.
Aliases: Divergent of neuregulin 1 antibody, Divergent of neuregulin-1 antibody, Don 1 antibody, DON-1 antibody, Neural- and thymus-derived activator for ERBB kinases antibody, Neuregulin 2 antibody, Neuregulin-2 antibody, NRG-2 antibody, Nrg2 antibody, NRG2_HUMAN antibody, NTAK antibody, Pro NRG2 antibody, Pro-NRG2 antibody
