- Sujet
- PHD finger protein 2 , CENP-35 , GRC5 , JHDM1E , KDM7C,Probable regulator of histone methyltransferase complexes. Recruited to trimethylated 'Lys-4' of histone H3 (H3K4me3) at rDNA promoters and promotes expression of rDNA. Was reported to have histone demethylase activity by itself and specifically demethylate monomethylated 'Lys-9' of histone H3 (H3K9me1), an epigenetic repressive mark. However, this activity is unclear in vivo and requires additional evidence.
