The mouse monoclonal antibody 1F11 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD315, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on keratinocytes, activated monocytes, and a subset of B cells.
Purification
Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
Flow cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 μL reagent / 100 μL of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
Prostaglandin F2 receptor inhibitor,CD315, also known as prostaglandin F2 receptor negative regulator, is an approximately 135 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein, which associates with actin cytoskeleton, and with CD9 and CD81, but not with other tetraspanins.
