The CD19 Antibody has been validated for various applications and can be used for the detection of CD19 and derivatives by Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections), Immunofluorescence (Cultured Cells), Immunofluorescence (Paraffin-embedded Sections).
- What validation data is available for this CD19 Antibody?
- The Anticorps primaire is referenced in 3 publications and is characterized by a proven, very high reliability. It has currently 4 product images that show its performance in a variety of applications. The product is currently available in 100 μL quantity. CD19 Antibody for the detection of CD19 and derivatives.
- What is the function of CD19?
- Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
