Indications d'application:

DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 80 kDa band in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 212 kDa according to NP_001035490.2. The 80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
