Indications d'application:

DS WB Results: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30 kDa band in Human Colon, Kidney, Thymus and Tonsil lysates after 0.01 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 12.0 kDa according to NP_055551.1. The 30 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?
