- Specificité
- Specific for the calculated ~590kD MUC5B protein. On Western Blots, recognizes a band significantly higher than 250kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with deglycosylated and secreted media from primary human tracheobranchial epithelial culture and a deglycosylated human saliva sample. Immunohistochemical assays were also performed using trachea samples from both normal and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients.
