- Pureté
- Anti-Glucose Oxidase is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Glucose Oxidase [Aspergillus niger].

- Immunogène
-
Anti-Glucose Oxidase Antibody was produced by repeated immunizations with Aspergillus niger Glucose Oxidase protein.

- Stockage commentaire
- Store vial at -20 °C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 µL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 µL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below.

- Sujet
- Anti-Glucose Oxidase detects glucose oxidase. Glucose oxidase enzyme (GOx) is an oxido-reductase that catalyses the oxidation of glucose to hydrogen peroxide and D-glucono-δ-lactone. In cells, it aids in breaking the sugar down into its metabolites. Glucose oxidase is widely used for the determination of free glucose in body fluids, in vegetal raw material, and in the food industry. It also has many applications in biotechnologies, typically enzyme assays for biochemistry including biosensors in nanotechnologies. Anti-Glucose Oxidase Antibody is ideal for investigators involved in Cell Signaling and Signal Transduction research. Synonyms: Beta D Glucose Oxygen 1 Oxido Reductase antibody, Glucose oxidase (Precursor) antibody, Glucose Oxyhydrase antibody, GOD antibody
